ENSE is happy to announce that the transnational report of the INCLUDE project has been released!

INCLUDE is an Erasmus+ project that aims to tackle and root out discriminatory behaviours from youth sports and contribute to making sports safe and accessible for all youth and children.

The transnational report is based on desk and field research in all partners countries with the involvement of sports professionals, coaches, and trainers as well as sport stakeholders via focus groups and online surveys. The results are formed from results and findings in the 4 national reports addressing discrimination in grassroots youth sports in each partner country.

Last week, the Erasmus+ funded Sport and Social Cohesion Lab (SSCL) was able to meet for the fourth time in Prague, Czech Republic. The SSCL project works to implement a highly participatory Living Lab approach in four different sport-based programmes. In turn, this approach helps directly engage programme participants, involves all relevant stakeholders, and supports co-created approaches that allow for the exploration, measurement and improvement of social cohesion outcomes these diverse settings.

Organised by INEX-SDA / fotbal pro Rozvoj, the project partners met for three days and shared their experiences implementing this Living Lab approach within their sport-based programming. The main objectives of this meeting were to finalize the website as well as the toolkit for future to support future sport-based Living Labs as well as to discuss the final steps of the project.

In addition, we were able to meet representatives of several Prague municipalities and visited a youth centre in one of the Prague outskirts, Běchovice.

We are already looking forward to the next and final event in Cologne at the end of the year. For further information visit the current project website.

For the Erasmus+ funded project "Before", ENSE is looking to hear from adolescents, adults and coaches who play or are involved in sport. For this project, we are highly interested in your experiences of bullying in sport. This research will help us shape policies that provide supports and provisions for bullying prevention, while each survey will only take around 15-20 minutes.
